Warranty

To the original purchaser for the use of the Jensorter fish egg sorter, fish egg counter or fry counter, Jensorter, LLC, the manufacturer, gives the following warranty, subject to the conditions listed below:

1. Any part of the product which proves to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of the original purchase for use, will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer's option, free of charge with respect to both parts and labor.

2. Warranty to obtain service. This product should be sent, charges prepaid, to Jensorter, LLC, 1166 48th Avenue, Sweet Home, OR 97386. The product will be shipped back to the original purchaser at the purchaser's expense. All shipping damage is excluded from the terms of this Warranty.

3. General provisions. The foregoing shall constitute the sole and exclusive remedy of any purchaser of the Jensorter fish egg sorting machine, fish egg counter or fry counter for breach of warranty, and is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, express, implied, or statutory, including the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness. In no event shall Jensorter, LLC be liable for special or consequential damages, or for any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond its control.

The Warranty printed above does not cover damages from accidents, misuse, abuse, mishandling, tampering with the product, failure to follow use and care instructions or unauthorized repair.
